1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998

After my Father, Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor, purchased Lombard real estate property at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road on September 2,1993, I travelled with my husband Nathan Scott Wittler to New England, Boston, Massachusettts, New Hampshire, Brattleboro, Vermont and visited my father-in-law Reverend Melvin A. Wittler and mother-in-law Mrs. Nancy Wittler Patriquin at their farm in West Dummerston, Southern Vermont. During 1994, I was working with the Arroyave Academy of Languages in Highland Park and Arlington Heights, Inlingua School of Languages, Public Access Information a.k.a. PIA, Inc., Interactive Media World Wide managed by Lee Seitelman, Larry Goldstick, Patrick Dimperio, Glen Koltz, Alison, Larry, Mike, and others working with me and Spanish Translator Patty Jacobs from Glendale Heights who invited to join the Chicago Area Translators and Interpreters Association and the American Translators Association. I visited Colorado Springs in Colorado for the ATA Annual Conference. The following year I travelled to Nashville, Tennessee where I was lodging at the Renaissance Hotel Downtown near the Grand Old Opry in Nashville. In 1995, I travelled to Montréal, Québec and also visited the Orillia Conference Center in Toronto, Canada. Afterwards, I travelled to Strasbourg, France for the Federal International Translators Association in Europe. The following year in November 1996, I visited London, England, Berlin and Frankfurt in Germany in Europe. During December 1996, when I returned from Berlin, Germany, my Green Geo Tracker 4-Wheel Drive motor vehicle had been used by a friend of my husband Nathan Scott Wittler, unbeknown to me, who had broken the foot brakes and the front axle of my Green Geo Tracker. So, when I went to work on the Green Geo Tracker in the evening on my way to Highland Park and Arlington Heights on I-95, the Geo Tracker went off the highway ramp since the brakes had been stripped and could not stop during the raining storm. Then the Geo Tracker rolled over, down the side of the ramp, flown by the windstorms due to the collapsible convertible canvas top, while the wind was propelling the vehicle downwards towards the side of the ramp and into a ditch at the bottom of the roadside. The Geo Tracker continued to roll over without any brakes to stop it trajectory. The front windshield shattered and cracked when the Geo Tracker hit the ditch at the bottom of the roadside along Kingery Highway, Route 83, by the entrance ramp to I-95. During the same month, on a Winter Solstice night, December 21, 1996, my Father, Mr. Roberto Hung was hit on the head and suffered a traumatic brain injury and developed an aneurysm which caused permanent disability, unemployment, and prevented him from walking ever after as a Lombard resident homeowner at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in District 5, York Township, DuPage County, Illinois 60148-3028 USA. The Lombard Paramedics and Dr. Thomas found Roberto Hung unconscious and drove him to Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, DuPage County, Illinois. Two (2) years after during April 22, 1998, Carol the Certified Nurse’s Assistant from Tampa, Florida who replaced Jennifer early in the morning, arrived to provide personal hygiene for Roberto Hung. Since Carol who drove from Bolingbrook was in a hurry to bathe Roberto Hung who was disabled and bedridden at home, she flipped him over the bed in a rush and flopped him on his side. After Carol finished bathing Roberto Hung, he looked pale and weak, tired from the rough handling in bed by Carol the CNA. Roberto Hung was fatigued from the early morning personal hygiene and fell asleep on the Hill-Rom bed. When he woke up, he wanted to eat his breakfast which consisted of hot pancakes and peaches. While Roberto Hung was eating a hotcake, he swallowed a large piece of pancake and his face began to turn blue. The Lombard Paramedics were called for Emergency Code Blue. Later, they drove Roberto Hung to Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in Elmhurst, DuPage County, Illinois USA. In the month of June 1998, Mr. Roberto Hung was transferred to Vencor Northlake Hospital by Dr. Paul Grodzin, M.D. who later referred the Intensive Care patient to Dr. Raied Abdullah, M.D. Early on June 18, 1998, between 6:30 a.m. and 7 a.m., Respiratory Therapist Ben Aguilar was involved in throttling Roberto Hung while he was asleep, when Respiratory Therapist Ben Aguilar forced the aspirator tube down the tracheostomy and the throat of Roberto Hung who was still sleeping. Respiratory Therapist Ben Aguilar caused Roberto Hung’s death on June 18, 1998 following Respiratory Therapy performed forcefully down the tracheostomy tube while Roberto Hung was still asleep around 6:30 a.m. Respiratory Ben Aguilar left Roberto Hung bleeding, slumped in bed at the Intensive Care Unit, Vencor Northlake Hospital in Northlake, Cook County, Illinois USA.

A Homeless Story in DuPage County, Illinois USA - GHWittler - Open Salon
On Wednesday, November 5, 2008, www.villageoflombard.org, the Village of Lombard Police under Ray Byrne and Dan Cuny, including the former chief of the Fire Department headed by George Seagraves and Keith Steiskal, Lombard Department of Buildings caused criminal disaster demolition following roofing destruction and water damages and losses to the Hung Family’s Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow, www.preservehistoricestate.zoomshare.com, at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in the Village of Lombard, Du Page County, Illinois 60148-3028, in the , www.2008damagesandlossescausedbylombard.blogspot.com, United States of America. As a result of the Village of Lombard’s wrongful actions and criminal activities in Du Page County, Illinois, I, Gardenia Hung Wittler have become homeless and destitute. I am a Lombard victim of abuse and heinous hate crimes in Du Page County, Illinois USA. The Village of Lombard is denying me human rights in housing under the law by refusing to provide lawful lodging and compensation as a victim of heinous hate crimes and abuse to include the criminal disaster demolition of the Hung Family home in Du Page County, Illinois USA.
On November 14, 2008, after meeting at the Grace Lutheran Community Church, at the corner of Princeton Street and St. Charles Road in Villa Park, Henry William Hochstatter former resident in Addison, offered to provide transportation in his TOYOTA SUV SR5 in exchange for Shell Oil gasoline in the amount of $25.00US and to cover car gasoline expenses thereafter to and from homeless shelters at local churches sponsored under PADS Action in Housing based in Wheaton, Illinois. After November 5, 2008, I had to stay at the Motel 66 on Roosevelt Road, in Villa Park, Illinois, for one night only, since the Lombard Fire Department would not pay for my lodging after the criminal disaster demolition of my Lombard home at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in Du Page County, Illinois.

The Village of Lombard made me homeless by their criminal activities and wrongful actions around the Hung Family real estate property. So I was advised by the Illinois Department of Human Services in Villa Park to go to Wheaton and register for Du Page PADS, Inc. located at 705 West Liberty, Wheaton, Illinois 60187, Telephone: (630) 682-3846, www.dupagepads.org , Shelter for the Homeless with local churches such as Peace Lutheran Church in Lombard, Grace Lutheran Church of Villa Park, Community Presbyterian Church of Glen Ellyn, Elmhurst, Downers Grove, Naperville, Carol Stream, Itasca, and other locations in Du Page County, Illinois--Photo of a Church Homeless Shelter in DuPage County, Illinois USA.

The Village of Lombard and David Hulseberg, Village Manager, have been refusing to provide lawful lodging and housing under the law following the criminal disaster demolition of my Lombard historic home owned by Mr. Roberto Hung and family in Du Page County, Illinois, in the United States of America.
On November 14, 2009, Henry William Hochstatter decided to rent an apartment owned by Alex King Construction, Inc. at 140 West St. Charles Road, Apartment 4B, Villa Park, Illinois 60181, USA, by referral from his cousin Charles “Chuck” Pickerill and his wife Karen Pickerill who had lived at the same building complex while leasing from Alex King, a friend of his father, former Fire Chief Charles Pickerill from the Villa Park Fire Department, Station No. 3 on Ardmore Street, near Willowbrook High School and the Islamic Foundation Center on Highridge Road in Villa Park, Illinois USA. For the last year, during December 2008 and the remainder of 2009, Henry W. Hochstatter had been sharing lodging with Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) at the InTown Residential Suites, at the corner of Roosevelt Road and Villa Avenue in Villa Park, Illinois USA, near the Community Christian Church of Villa Park.
During December 2008 and January 2009, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) first paid cash and credit with the VISA Chase card for the first floor lodging, Room 125, since Henry W. Hochstatter did not have any money to his name or in his pocket because his wife Joan Julia (Mueller) Hochstatter had demanded a divorce and cancelled the joint checking and savings account, while suspending his disability funds for lack of a residential address in Addison, Illinois; then, due to a traumatic brain injury disability, Henry W. Hochstatter was given Room 139 for disabled people at the InTown Residential Suites, where I, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) paid and shared lodging expenses to be paid by the week in cash or credit.

Since Chuck Pickerill did not provide enough cash or credit for Henry William Hochstatter to rent the apartment leased by Alex King Construction Inc., the Church of Christ on Villa Avenue in Addison, provided the cash deposit by check for Henry W. Hochstatter to rent the apartment on November 14, 2009. I, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) helped Henry W. Hochstatter complete the leasing form in writing in front of Alex King and Andy, his secretary at the office for Alex King Realty, Inc. at 140 West St. Charles Road, Villa Park, Illinois 60181, USA. Also, I helped to pay for the AT&T Telephone deposit for installation at the apartment since Henry W. Hochstatter did not have any money at the time. I have been helping Henry W. Hochstatter by paying expenses he had for cable installation, groceries, car gasoline, mobile telephone, VISA CHASE credit card charges, medications, personal toiletries, etc.
In addition, I, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) helped Henry W. Hochstatter move his personal and household belongings, hard metal tools, etc. from his Addison home at 437 Natalie Drive into two (2) units at the U-Store-It in Addison and from the InTown Residential Suites, Room 139, on the second floor to the second floor, up the stairs to Apartment 4B at 140 West St. Charles, Villa Park, Illinois 60181 USA.

During the same time, I was helping and driving trucks, cars, SUVs, at the UHAUL in Villa Park and in Addison, while his Uncle “Charlie” Pickerill was working there transporting UHAUL Truck, Trailers, and Wagons from Chicago, Forest Park, Oak Park, Iowa City, Arlington Heights, Downers Grove, Bloomingdale, DeKalb, and other locations because Chuck Pickerill was missing Andrew, Jacquie, and Casey Rae from his own family members, since neither Karen Pickerill, his wife, nor Kathy Nolet, were not driving any trucks anywhere—neither were Gary Nolet or Mike Nolet driving trucks for UHAUL.

After Uncle Charlie Pickerill had a heart attack on Sunday while working at UHAUL in Addison, Illinois, following his hunting mule deer in Montana, cousin Chuck Pickerill started screaming at people at the UHAUL in Villa Park, Illinois, USA.
Since UHAUL in Villa Park was short staffed, I had already driven an UHAUL Truck back from Arlington Heights along Palatine Road and Route 53, after 7:00 PM in the evening with Henry W. Hochstatter, who drove back another UHAUL truck himself.

A Consumer Service Fraud Practice for Billing in Lombard - GHWittler - Open Salon

The Village of Lombard Water Service Department managed by Sharon Meyers has a water bill for $118.00US which was being used by Keith Steiskal at the Building Permits Departments to deny a building permit purchase requested by the Zees Group Disaster Restoration Services, in care of Mr. Zee Kawa, contractor, www.zeesgroup.com . Even when there was No Water, No Sewage, and No Water Service since 2004, 2005, when the Lombard plumbing pipes burst under ungauged and excessive water pressure released by the Village of Lombard Public Works, there was No Water or Sewage Service at 502 S. Westmore Avenue —the Village of Lombard had already installed new PSI valves to monitor water pressure for Lombard water mains which overflow to cause plumbing failure, water flooding and damages, www.villageoflombard.org.
The Village of Lombard adds surcharges, overcharges, and triple the water service charges and sewage utilities billing for resident homeowners in DuPage County, Illinois, USA. Lombard even overbills resident homeowners for water utility services as part of the consumer service fraud practice at the Village of Lombard Town Hall in DuPage County, Illinois USA. Waterbill padding for surcharges, overbilling, and surplus service charges are a common business deceptive practice used by the Village of Lombard to collect additional funding from resident homeowners in DuPage County, Illinois USA. A Lombard water bill can duplicate or triplicate consumer usage per household based on surcharges and overbilling service charges attached for deceptive business practices in the Town Hall, subject to consumer service fraud, www.ftc.gov, in DuPage County, Illinois USA.

Department of Justice Office of Public Affairs FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEThursday, February 28, 2013Statement by Attorney General Eric Holder on the House Passage of the Reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act Attorney General Eric Holder issued the following statement today on the House passage of the reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act: “I am pleased that Congress has voted to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), a landmark law that has transformed the way we respond to domestic and sexual violence. This reauthorization includes crucial new provisions to improve our ability to bring hope and healing to the victims of these crimes, expand access to justice, and strengthen the prosecutorial and enforcement tools available to hold perpetrators accountable. “Congress has also taken an historic step to finally close the loophole that left many Native American women without adequate protection. With this bill, tribes and the federal government can better work together to address domestic violence against Native American women, who experience the highest rates of assault in the United States. The bill also provides funding to improve the criminal justice response to sexual assault, ensuring that victims can access the services they need to heal. And it will help to build on evidence-based practices for reducing domestic violence homicides and prevent violence against our nation’s children, teens, and young adults. “I applaud Congress for passing a bipartisan reauthorization that protects everyone – women and men, gay and straight, children and adults of all races, ethnicities, countries of origin, and tribal affiliations. The Department of Justice looks forward to implementing this historic legislation after it is signed into law.”
