A Winter Solstice Story - GHung - Open Salon

A Winter Solstice Story - GHung - Open Salon
On Winter Solstice, December 21-22, 1996, I was teaching, translating and interpreting until 9:30 p.m. when I returned to my Lombard home, to find my Father, Mr. Roberto Hung, who had also returned from working at the Dominick's Food Store in Oakbrook Terrace in the evening. My Father wanted to talk to me about Christmas Gifts for December 1996 when he gave me personal checks for my Brother and Mother, my husband Nathan and myself, including another check for the Lombard Fire Department in the amount of $25.00 donation for the Holiday Fund. Afterwards, Mr. Roberto Hung went upstairs to make his late dinner...

Needless to say, I spent an entire "blue holiday" Christmas Day during 1996 at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital while the neurosurgeon operated on my Father, Mr. Roberto Hung who suffered from a severe traumatic brain injury with an aneurysm after he was hit with a blunt object on the head  by a Lombard intruder unbeknown to my Father upstairs on the second floor, while he was at home eating salmon during dinnertime upstairs on a winter solstice night.  My Father, Mr. Roberto Hung went into a deep comatose state which lasted close to one and a half to two months at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, DuPage County, Illinois.  December 1996 was the saddest "blue holiday"...and two years thereafter, my Father, Mr. Roberto Hung was attacked again during his sleep at Vencor Northlake Hospital by medical staff who killed him while he was asleep in the morning.
Throughout the year 2011, I have kept the New Year's Resolution to remember my late Father Mr. Roberto Hung who was abused, throttled and murdered at Vencor Northlake Hospital by Respiratory Therapist Ben Aguilar,  around 7 a.m. on June 18, 1998--before Father's Day.

A Murder-For-Hire Target by Accident

A Murder-For-Hire Target in DuPage County, Illinois USA Driving away from the Chicagoland area into the outlaying western suburbs of DuPage County, operatives, mercenaries, and hired unknown make the perfect setting to murder-for-hire Lombard residents and homeowners drawn into York Township real estate conspiracies, insidious plots, scenarios, arranged accidents in motor vehicles, tainted food, physical abuse after working a full day, home invasions, hypodermic injections to the throat and aorta veins during sleep in bed or in sequester, induced drugs, alcoholic beverages, cardiac stroke or heart attack, apparent suicide, knife stabbings, beatings, repeated hospitalizations, trespassing into private property, tragedies, disasters, arsons, kidnappings at home and after work, torture, abuse, assault, robberies, poisonings, bullet gun shootings, laser guns, taser devices and weapons, hospital abuse of patients, and heinous hate crimes surrounding the Village of Lombard, District 5, in the state of Illinois, USA. Murder-For-Hire Victims in Lombard are targeted as Business Owners, Homeowners, and Residents which are identified before they settle into the DuPage County area by realtors and realty companies who solicit for referrals in the state of Illinois, USA. During 1994, the Daughter of Roberto Hung was kidnapped by a Black man who had arranged to meet with the interpreter from the Chicago Area Translators and Interpreters for interpreting translation assignment work in Aurora, Kane County, Illinois. The Daughter of Roberto Hung was targetted for several attempts of Murder-For-Hire by kidnappings, home invasions, induced injections, cardiac stroke, traumatic head injury, head concussions, physical abuse, torture, and sexual abuse; auto malfunction and tampering with the car brakes which caused a rollover auto accident in the green GEO Tracker SUV, engine failure, broken front auto axle, rear end collision by a taxi in Park Ridge, Illinois, and many other kidnappings attempts. Roberto Hung was a real estate customer of Baird and Warner Realtor Paulette Weininger who was in turn a business associate of Linda Schuster, a Westmont resident homeowner, also known as the girlfriend of Paul Rathe who referred Roberto Hung’s youngest son and wife to buy a house in Village of Lombard, also known as Lilac Town for the Lilac Parade celebration near Main Street. His youngest son and wife moved to the Village of Lombard in 1992 urged by the insistence of Paul Rathe, a boyfriend who lived in Boys’ Town, the gay neighborhood area on Roscoe St. near Halsted St., Lakeview area in Chicago, Illinois. Twenty-two (22) years ago, Roberto Hung purchased a second Lombard home at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard upon referral from Baird & Werner Realtor Paulette Weininger who contacted Century 21 Realtor Dino N. Lekousis at the Lombard Pines Shopping Center during August 1993. His divorced wife and youngest son had already purchased the first Lombard home at 342 West Harrison and Elizabeth Street, near Finley Road by the Lombard Park District in DuPage County, Illinois USA. Roberto Hung’s youngest son’s friends and realtors wanted him to ask for $10,000 cash in down payment for the Lombard home, coming from the automotive gasket manufacturing Felt-Pro IRA retirement funds and life-savings from working 4-5 jobs during the week and weekends; in addition, he had to provide monthly cash support for his divorced wife and son while they were living in a Lombard home near the Sunset Knolls Park District and the Lombard Crisis Intervention Center on Finley Road, in DuPage County, Illinois. One year afterwards, the youngest son and wife insisted that Roberto Hung move to Lombard with his Daughter and Son-in-law in order to buy a second home with the remainder of the 401K and IRA retirement savings funds. The Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard was built in 1927 in Lilac Town, District 5, York Township in DuPage County, Illinois USA. This Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow remained at the corner of Westmore Avenue and Washington Boulevard, since the Ahrens Family built the Lombard property in 1927. Soon after Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor purchased the Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow with his Daughter and Son-in-law on September 2, 1993 from Debra Y. Sekrecki and Adam Sekrecki, her father, Stella and two children, there were unauthorized access entries into the private Lombard home by intruders and Village of Lombard employees at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in District 5, York Township, DuPage County, Illinois USA. At the time, Debra Y. Sekrecki had two (2) children, a boy and a girl, lived with Stella, and elderly senior woman who was the tenant living upstairs, and father Adam Sekrecki. Three months before, on July 11, 1993, Mr. Roberto Hung had signed a Standard Residential Sales Contract from the Du Page Association of Realtors in agreement to purchase the Lombard real estate property at 502 S. Westmore Avenue in Lombard, Illinois 60148-3028 , owned by seller Debra Y. Sekrecki. The original closing date was scheduled on September 11, 1993. However, he was called by telephone to appear sooner on September 2nd, 1993, at 3:30 p.m., at the law office of Alan Dakoff, Telephone: 708-966-0488, located at 9291 North Maryland, in Niles, Illinois 60714 , U.S.A. Century 21, Action Real Estate provided a Buyer Service Pledge presented by Steve Block, Telephone: 630-627-5500, and Dino, the real estate agent with Roberto Hung and family, who signed in agreement. Trespassers into Roberto Hung’s Lombard home learned that he worked the evening to midnight shift at the Felt-Products Corporation on McCormick Boulevard in Skokie, Illinois; while his Daughter worked teaching during the day, afternoon, and taught evening classes until 9:30 PM, arriving late at night home; his Son-in-law was also working at Premier Assistance GESA Groupe Européen across from the Willis Tower South Loop, Downtown in Chicago during the whole day, afternoon, and arrived home in the evening. The Lombard neighbors John, Liz, Shawn, Monique and Taylor, Brian and others were witnesses and observers to the unknown intruders with copies of spare household keys from the former owners, tenants, and realtors who used the real estate property at the corner 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, Lombard, Illinois 60148-3028 USA. The Lombard neighbors would tell visitors that Roberto Hung, his Daughter and Son-in-law, “they were not home during the day, afternoon, or night because they were working.” In 1994, the unknown intruders began marauding Roberto Hung’s Lombard home driving along Washington Boulevard and around the corner on Westmore-Meyers Road in District 5, York Township, DuPage County, Illinois. Afterwards Roberto Hung went on vacation to Miami, Hialeah, Broward and Kendall County, in Florida, while his Daughter and Son-in-law stayed behind working in Illinois. During 1994, the Daughter was kidnapped by a Black man who had arranged to meet with the interpreter from the Chicago Area Translators and Interpreters for interpreting translation assignment work in Aurora, Kane County, Illinois. The Daughter of Roberto Hung was targeted for several attempts of Murder-For-Hire by kidnappings, home invasions, induced injections, cardiac stroke, traumatic head injury, head concussions, physical abuse, torture, and sexual abuse; auto malfunction and tampering with the car brakes which caused a rollover auto accident in the green GEO Tracker SUV, engine failure, broken front auto axle, rear end collision by a taxi in Park Ridge, Illinois, and many other kidnappings attempts. Since the Daughter of Roberto Hung moved to the Village of Lombard, she had several near-death experiences and motor vehicles with mechanical failures leading to accidents on the Illinois roads and highways. There was a bullet hole on the middle window of the Lombard Brick Bungalow facing Washington Boulevard at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road in the Village of Lombard, York Township, County of DuPage, Illinois, United States of America. The Lombard neighbors residing directly across Washington Boulevard reported criminal access to the Hung-Wittler Family garage after Midnight. Lombard Police Reports support criminal access to the Motor Vehicles owned by the Hung-Wittler Family during their Lombard residency as homeowners and taxpayers at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road. While the Daughter of Roberto Hung was was working as a Federal Employee Claims Examiner Analyst for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workman’s Compensation, Employment Standards Administration, General Services Administration at 230 South Dearborn Street, Klucynski Building on the 8th Floor, she had a motor vehicle accident driving the Nissan 200SX near Lawrence Avenue in Chicago, Illinois during October 1991. After midnight and while the Daughter was sleeping at home following a working day as a Certified Legal Court Interpreter and Translator, intruders would come into the house and inject her on the right side of the neck, behind the right ear and on the rear of the right ear—when she was unconscious and sleeping during the kidnapping. As a Lombard Victim of High Crimes at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road, all the Daughter’s Illinois Motor Vehicles suffered from human sabotage and conspiracy malfunction leading to mechanical failures, damages, and losses which caused accidents on the highway during the course of employment as a Certified Court Interpreter, Translator at the Illinois County Courts, City Courts, and Traffic Courts in Aurora, Addison, Elgin, Joliet, St. Charles, Waukegan, Highland Park, Wheaton, DeKalb, LaSalle, Grundy, Geneva, Chicago, Skokie, and during employment as a Communications Consultant for Arroyave Language Academy in Highland Park and Arlington Heights, Berlitz Schools of Languages, Inlingua School of Languages, as an Adjunct Faculty for the College of DuPage, Business Professional Institute, Center for Independent Learning. The AAA Motor Club and Shell Motor Club provided emergency towing service and assistance on the Illinois highways during Motor Vehicle Failures and Accident. The Illinois State Police have assisted and witnessed the Geo Tracker Rollover Accident, the Daughter had off the ramp from Route 83, Kingery Hwy, leading to I-90 one evening, on her way to Highland Park for the Arroyave Academy evening class where she was teaching, when she returned from Berlin, Germany and London, United Kingdom in Europe. During the rainy drive, the Geo Tracker SUV Brakes failed to stop the motor vehicle driving up the ramp, and steered away from the road, off the highway onto to a water ditch. The Daughter could not stop the Geo Tracker from rolling off and driving into the water ditch off the ramp on I-90 and Route 83, Kingery Highway. The Geo Tracker was also stolen from the College of DuPage West Parking Lot by the Police Academy, while she was teaching Spanish for Health Care Professionals at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, as reported by the Glen Ellyn Police Department. The Daughter had Flat Tires before going to work at the College of DuPage. Also, the Geo Tracker had Electrical Failures when the Fuses Blew Out. Then, when the Daughter used the Nissan 200SX, the Front Axle Broke Off and Right Front Tire Drove Off the highway on I-90 off Route 83, Kingery Highway, when she was on her way to the Arroyave Academy evening class which she was teaching in Highland Park, Illinois. She had to call for Emergency Towing Service and cancel the last class she was teaching for Guillermo Arroyave Academy of Languages in Highland Park. The Daughter and Son-in-law tried to order a Brand New Mercedes SUV from Loeber Motors in Westmont, but the Motor Vehicle Had a Damaged Tire and Axle as an Imported Car from Germany—reported to the German-American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago, Illinois. Afterwards, she used her Father’s White Mitsubishi Galant which was Damaged and Sabotaged when After Midnight Intruders into the Garage Used Glue Poured on the Engine, which Caused Smoke Leading to a Hole in the Engine Block—There is a Picture of the Hole in the Engine Block after the Mechanic Replaced the Entire Engine Block. The Mitsubishi Galant was permanently damaged and given to Bongo’s Towing Service in Villa Park, Illinois. Later, on May 29 and subsequently during June 2003, the Daughter of Roberto Hung purchased two (2) motorcycles, a Yamaha Zuma and a Derbi Boulevard 150 CC from Julio Aquino and Larry Wolfe at Champion Cycle Center, Inc. paying cash for both purchases. Both, the Yamaha Zuma and the Derbi Boulevard 150 CC suffered from Motorcycle Mechanical Failures at Champion Cycle Center, Inc. A. MECHANICAL MALFUNCTION. When the Daughter of Roberto Hung moved to the Village of Lombard during September 1993, the Hung-Wittler Family had four (4) Motor Vehicles which have been damaged to cause automobile accidents on the road to and from work, deliberately sabotaged by humans, and disabled after midnight at the garage for 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard. Although the surviving family of Roberto Hung still drives, they no longer have any Motor Vehicles in the Village of Lombard due to Conspiracy, Sabotage, Mechanical Failure, Damages and Losses at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road. The Village of Lombard owes Compensation for Motor Vehicles Damages and Losses to the Surviving Family of Mr. Roberto Hung, his Daughter, and Son-in-law Nathan S. Wittler as Illinois Victims of High Crimes in York Township, County of DuPage, Illinois, U.S.A. Five (5) years After Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor completed payment of the purchased Lombard real estate property at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, he was abused and murdered by Respiratory Therapist Ben Aguilar at Vencor Northlake Hospital in Cook County, Illinois. The Lombard Police Department had the Daughter kidnapped while she was sleeping with her husband Nathan Scott Wittler in the Master Bedroom at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in the Village of Lombard, County of Du Page, Illinois. The Lombard Police had unauthorized access entry to the Hung Family home after midnight and opened the porch side door with a key, allowing several skinhead males to come into the Hung Family home when the Daughter, Gardenia C. Hung-Wittler was sleeping with her husband Nathan Scott Wittler. Then one of the skinhead men pulled her off the bed, away from her husband and began to inject her, to take her away from her home in Lombard. The unknown skinhead man kidnapped the Daughter away from her family and took her to a hospital in Du Page County, Illinois. The Daughter of Roberto Hung never received any medical records or reports from the DuPage County Hospital near the Village of Lombard in Illinois. The Daughter of Roberto Hung has been kidnapped on several occasions by the Lombard police who also forced her hospitalization at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, Ward D. The Daughter of Roberto Hung reported forced hospitalization by the Lombard Police at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, medical service fraud and abuse of a patient to the health insurance company which her husband paid at work for Premier Assistance GESA Groupe Européen, Logistics Systems in Bensenville, Jewel-Osco Lombard store on Main Street, DuPage County, Illinois. Murder-For-Hire of Lombard resident homeowners after midnight in the Village of Lombard is just as common as forced hospitalizations, induced drug injections designed for overdose cardiac strokes, and physical abuse of victims of crimes in the County of DuPage in Illinois, USA. ©2013 Gardenia C. The Dance

During the 1970s, Roberto Hung worked at a theatrical dance performance company on the Northwest side of Chicago supplying apparel costumes, ballerina slippers, dance stockings, and leotards for ballet dancers, actors and actresses for theatre performances around the world.  My Father also worked for Marshall Field’s and Montgomery Wards, among other corporate employers in Chicago, Illinois USA.

While I was growing up in Cuba, I met the famous Cuban ballerina Alicia Alonso, who was a colleague of my Father at the Universidad de La Habana.

Later on, when I began my college years at Northeastern Illinois University, I became fascinated by the Dance Program sponsored by Libby Komeiko Fleming who taught Ballet, Jazz, Folkloric Dance and Flamenco on campus.  So, I enrolled in the Dance Program as a freshman at NEIU.  In order to participate in the Dance curriculum, I purchased leotards for Ballet I to practice at the Dance Studio which used to be by the A-Wing, near the Theatre.  I also enrolled in the Spanish Flamenco class and Master Classes taught by Libby Komeiko Fleming.  Spanish Flamenco dancing requires special black shoes with heels, Spanish “castañuelas”, and dance stockings which I purchased myself in order to practice for Libby’s flamenco gitano at NEIU on campus.  The Dance Program at NEIU provided extracurricular courses for me which added up to a minor in Dance and Performing Arts to include Voice, Guitar, and Music training.

Thirty-one (31) years after NEIU college life, I can look back to remember that I lost my Spanish Flamenco shoes and “castañuelas” in 1982, after I returned from Summer French Immersion at Laval University in the Ville de Québec, Canada.  When I returned from Canada, some of my personal clothing, Flamenco shoes and “castañuelas” were gone from my closet where I shared an apartment with my Mother and family on the Northwest side of Chicago, Illinois USA.  While I away in Canada, studying at Laval University for a French Immersion from May-August in 1982, my Mother and her friends took my black Flamenco shoes, “castañuelas” and other personal clothing from me to give away to her friends without my consent or authorization.

For the last thirty-two (32) years, since I graduated from Northeastern Illinois University, I have been losing personal belonging, fashion garments, academic books involving Ethnographic Psychiatry, Japanese I and II books, silk scarves, souvenirs and mementos from my Canadian travels and other trips across the United States of America.  These personal belongings are removed from my possession to be archived and listed in reports by the State of Illinois courts and the U.S. Department of Justice without notifying me as the rightful owner when I have paid taxes and purchased the lost items with receipts for the record.  “Why I am targeted as an Illinois Victim of Heinous Hate Crimes?”  Since my Mother has been a psychiatric patient in Illinois, the psychiatrists who treat her target me as a Victim of Hate Crimes by psychopaths surrounding their psychiatric practice and my Mother who is under psychiatric therapy.

After I moved to the Village of Lombard on September 2, 1993 when my Father purchased Lombard real estate property and also provided the $10,000 deposit for my Brother and Mother to buy a Lombard home on Harrison Street near Finley Road, I began to lose household electronics, personal clothing, garments, business resources, kitchen tools, etc.  To date in 2013, twenty (20) years after I moved to the Village of Lombard, the County of DuPage has not compensated me nor provided restitution for me as Victim of Heinous Hate Crimes in Illinois, United States of America.

As a Victim  of Heinous Hate Crimes in the State of Illinois, I am entitled to Victim’s Compensation and Restitution under the Constitution of the United States of America enforced by the Department of Justice.

"He Never Tells Her Why He Never Pays Her"...

“He Never Tells Her Why He Never Pays Her” Ever since the Hung-Wittler Family moved to the Village of Lombard as resident homeowners and taxpayers, where they lived at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard by St. Pius X Catholic Church and School community at the corner of Madison Street and Westmore-Meyers Road in District 5, York Township, DuPage County, in the State of Illinois, USA. Other Lombard homeowners who never ever pay for Lilac Town real estate property and never complete payment on the real estate holding get large lump sums of cash money to leave the Village of Lombard. While the Daughter of Roberto Hung never gets any cash lump sum for the Lombard Historic Bungalow he purchased on September 2nd, 1993. Others come and go with Lombard real estate cash from Roberto Hung’s Lombard real estate investment at 502 S. Westmore Avenue, but the Daughter who worked for her Father and helped to purchase the real estate property “Never Gets Any Money From The Real Estate Transactions nor the Court Settlements in Roberto Hung’s Name Post-Humously”. For the last twenty-one (21) years, cash has been flowing in and out from the Village of Lombard on behalf of Roberto Hung and Family after they purchased two (2) Lombard homes in York Township, DuPage County, Illinois USA. However, Roberto Hung Never Ever received any lump sum real estate payment from Lombard upon his retirement because he was abused, beaten, tortured, and severely injured so that he become a Traumatic Brain Injury disabled homeowner after suffering a stroke from an aneurysm at home on December 22, 1996—following the full purchase of the Lombard Historic Bungalow. The Daughter has also been kidnapped four (4) times, abused, tortured, and severely injured with hits to the head so that she become hospitalized, unconscious, and unable to stand in a court hearing as an Illinois Victim of Crimes, while she was a Lombard resident homeowner, working full-time, and returning home late from work in Illinois. “He Never Tells Her Why He Never Pays Her” because he deliberately withholds police reports, court records, and witnesses’ statements identifying the perpetrators and the criminals who persecute her and harass her subsconsciously. The Psychiatrist who treated the Daughter of Roberto Hung as an unconscious and conscious Illinois Victim of Crimes paid large lump sums of money to the State of Illinois to withhold and remove his name and those of the staff from Northeastern Illinois University, the University of Illinois at Chicago, Madonna High School, and Avondale Elementary School from appearing on records, so that the Daughter Never Knows Who Harms Her, Harasses Her, and Persecutes as an Illinois Victim of Heinous Hate Crimes. “He Never Tells Her Why He Never Pays Her” Ever since Roberto Hung purchased Lombard real estate property. The Mother knows why the homosexual gay and lesbian people she knows wanted her Daughter to live in Lilac Town, pretending that she has to be prostituting herself to live homeless on the streets of DuPage County, Illinois USA. The Daughter was married by law on June 18, 1988 before a Justice of the Peace at City Hall in Chicago, Illinois USA. The Mother whose name is the same as the Daughter of Roberto Hung has friends who wanted them to leave in Lilac Town, so that they would have to purchase Lombard real estate property to DuPage Realtors and pay more money in Illinois. “He Never Tells Her Why He Never Pays Her” Ever because the Mother abuses her Daughter’s Civil Rights and Civil Procedure pretending that she is the senior head of household in the family; when the Mother never ever contacts the Daughter nor does she communicate with the woman who is 54 years old and an Illinois Victim of Heinous Hate Crimes. Court Settlements and Real Estate Transactions have been paid in cash on behalf of Mr. Roberto Hung and Family, but “He Never Ever Tells Why He Never Pays Her”, the Daughter who has been the representative of Roberto Hung’s household and kept the house for him during his lifetime at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in District 5, York Township, DuPage County, Illinois USA. Because he keeps the money to pay for himself and other parasites around him and the Mother who never calls the Daughter or includes her in the social and business transactions surrounding the Estate of Mr. Roberto Hung and Family. The Daughter Never Ever Gets Any Money from the problems caused by the Mother and her friends. “He Never Tells Her Why He Never Pays Her” and the Mother “Never Ever Tells The Daughter What She Has Done To Mr. Roberto Hung and Family”, because he was murdered at Vencor Northlake Hospital on June 18, 1998 by Ben Aguilar, the Respiratory Therapist under the supervision of Dr. Raied Abdullah, M.D. and Dr. Paul Grodzin, M.D., and Janelle Nance R.N., Director of Nursing at Vencor Northlake Hospital in Cook County and Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in DuPage County, Illinois USA.

A Father's Day Story: A Lombard Resident Homeowner, DuPage - GHung - Open Salon

“What Would My Father Say…If He Were Alive Today in June 2013?” In Memory of Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor I were alive today, I would be 82 years old, enjoying retirement as a senior citizen and Lombard resident homeowner in District 5, York Township, County of DuPage, Illinois USA. During June 2013, I would have celebrated my 82nd birthday anniversary since June 7, 1931, along with my Niece Olivia Hung-Simons (Leaver) and god-daughter who was born on the same date, the first daughter of my eldest brother Miguel Hung and his wife, Silvia Hung-Simons. My second Niece Mireya Hung Lee is also born on June 30th. When I got married in March 1957, my Nieces Olivia and Gertrudis were the flower girls at my wedding to G. Fong Ramos at the Cathedral of Santiago de Cuba in Oriente, Cuba. All my Brothers, Sisters, Nephews, Family Relatives, Friends, Colleagues, and Associates attended the wedding celebrations and were invited to all family events. In retrospect, time passed by… my family relatives became adults and I did not attend the weddings for Olivia and Wayne Leaver, Miguel and Pam Hung, Santiago and Ileana, Guillermo and Millie, Mireya, Ileana, Santiago, Joaquin, Teresita, and/or the other family members. All my Nieces and Nephews remember meeting with me when I visited them during travels to Miami, Hialeah in Florida and Queens, Flushing, Long Island, New York, USA. My Sister-in-Law Silvia Hung-Simons did recall how I used to help her with Olivia who was my god-daughter, Miguelito, the second son, and the other two (2) children, Santiago and Raymundo when she lived at the house in Santiago de Cuba, Oriente, Cuba and I was studying at the University of Oriente. Twentty (20) years ago, I purchased a second Lombard home at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard upon referral from Baird & Werner Realtor Paulette Weininger who contacted Century 21 Realtor Dino N. Lekousis at the Lombard Pines Shopping Center during August 1993. My wife and son had already purchased the first Lombard home at 342 West Harrison and Elizabeth Street, near Finley Road near the Lombard Park District in DuPage County, Illinois USA. Linda Schuster who lived in Westmont was the girlfriend of Paul Rathe who referred my youngest son and wife to buy a house in Village of Lombard, also known as Lilac Town for the Lilac Parade celebration near Main Street. My youngest son and wife moved to the Village of Lombard in 1992 urged by the insistence of Paul Rathe, a boyfriend who lived on Roscoe St. near Halsted St., Lakeview area in Chicago, Illinois USA. My son’s friends and realtors wanted him to ask me for $10,000 cash in down payment for the Lombard home, coming from my IRA retirement funds and life-savings from working 4-5 jobs during the week and weekends; in addition, I had to provide monthly cash support for my wife and son while they lived in a Lombard home in DuPage County, Illinois USA. One year afterwards, my son and wife insisted that I moved to Lombard with my daughter and son-in-law in order to buy a second home with the remainder of my 401K and IRA retirement savings funds. The Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard was built in 1927 in Lilac Town, District 5, York Township in DuPage County, Illinois USA.This Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow remained at the corner of Westmore Avenue and Washington Blvd. since the Ahrens Family built the Lombard property in 1927. Two centuries later, on September 2nd, 1993, I purchased the Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow from Debra Y. Sekrecki, with an initial down payment of $2,000, as earnest money paid by personal check, added to the total cash payment of $88,000 at a fixed interest rate not to exceed 8.00% per year, amortized over a period of fifteen (15) years. At the time, Debra Y. Sekrecki had two (2) children, a boy and a girl, lived with Stella, the tenant upstairs, and father Adam Sekrecki. Three months before, on July 11, 1993, I signed a Standard Residential Sales Contract from the Du Page Association of Realtors in agreement to purchase the Lombard real estate property at 502 S. Westmore Avenue in Lombard, Illinois 60148-3028 , owned by seller Debra Y. Sekrecki. The original closing date was scheduled on September 11, 1993. However, I was called by telephone to appear sooner on September 2nd, 1993, at 3:30 p.m., at the law office of Alan Dakoff, Telephone: 708-966-0488, located at 9291 North Maryland, in Niles, Illinois 60714 , U.S.A. Century 21, Action Real Estate provided a Buyer Service Pledge presented by Steve Block, Telephone: 630-627-5500, and Dino, the real estate agent with Roberto Hung and family, who signed in agreement. Afterwards, I received a copy of Rider 412, Buyer’s Inspection which he signed as buyer with Debra Sekrecki, as seller. In 1993, Century 21, Action Real Estate described in a listing the Highlights of the Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow at the corner of Westmore Avenue and Washington Blvd., owned by Debra Y. Sekrecki with tenant Stella. At the time, the Du Page County Real Estate Taxes were only $2,744 for the brick house. After I purchased the same Lombard Brick House, the Lombard property taxes doubled for more than $4,000, without providing the senior citizens Homestead Exemption. This Lombard Brick Home Parcel Lot is located near Westmore Elementary School and St. Pius X Church School, Jackson Middle School , and Willowbrook High School . George Hornbeck’s Parcel No. 06-09-315038 is a subdivision, spacious 4-bedroom brick home with a second floor in-law or potential income arrangement. There were nine (9) room available with hardwood floors. Full finished basement. Front and rear enclosed porches for added living space. Fully fenced yard with a gas grill. There was a 2-car garage. Public transportation is available. This Lombard home parcel lot is close to school and shopping, near the Eastgate Center and State of Illinois facilities for the Secretary of State Vehicle Licenses Center and the Illinois Employment and Training Center (I.E.T.C.). Action Real Estate for Century 21 was serving Du Page and Cook counties at the Lombard Pines Shopping Center, 1125-J South Main Street, Lombard, Illinois 60148, in care of realtor Dino. On September 2nd, 1996, I completed full cash payment of the Lombard Brick Home at Maple Park State Bank, witnessed by my daughter, Gardenia C. Hung, and the bank manager. We improved this Lombard Brick house by adding oak cabinets, an exterior halogen flood night light, (2) automatic garage door openers, changed all door locks, added gardening landscaping, apple trees orchard, and perennial flowers, and exotic plant species. Specifications for the Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow: Living Room: 25.4 X 11.10 sq. ft. Dining Room: 13.1 X 13.2 sq. ft. Kitchen: 11.6 X 10.8 sq. ft. Master Bdrm: 11.10 X 10.6 sq. ft. CDC - NIOSH Science Blog – WORKERS MEMORIAL DAY 2013

CDC - NIOSH Science Blog – WORKERS MEMORIAL DAY 2013
On Workers Memorial Day, we honor the men and women who suffered work-related injury, illness, and death, and we rededicate ourselves to the mission of preventing future tragedies. Earning a day’s pay should not place anyone at risk of losing life or livelihood.
Thanks to a concerted partnership of labor, industry, government, science, and public opinion, great strides have been made in reducing the burden of workplace injury and disease over the last century. Since 1913, the toll of work-related deaths has fallen by some 80 percent.
In 2013, occupational safety and health professionals strive to continue that progress. It is important to recognize that progress is only a relative term as long as anyone faces a risk to life or wellbeing at work. We must eliminate for good the legacy hazards of the 20th Century. We must also embrace a new 21st Century paradigm in which worker health and safety are fully incorporated into the design, start-up, and lifespan of new businesses, industries, structures, work processes, and technologies.
Falls are a basic cause of serious injury and death at work, and they continue to impose human and economic costs on the construction industry. Financial experts agree that a robust construction industry is a key ingredient for sustained economic recovery and growth. A robust industry must be free of injuries that impair and kill workers. On April 28, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and its diverse partners will re-launch their national information and media campaign to prevent falls, fall-related injuries, and fall-related deaths in construction.
As the market for nanotechnology expands, scientists and engineers have a historic opportunity to design prudent exposure-control measures into the processes by which carbon nanotubes and other nanomaterials are manufactured and incorporated into final products. NIOSH’s Current Intelligence Bulletin on carbon nanotubes and carbon nanofibers, issued this week, provides model recommendations that will support the safe growth of nanotechnology as scientists continue complex research to fully understand its occupational safety and health implications. In this way, we advance beyond the 20th Century practice of introducing new materials into the workplace and only later, as an afterthought, considering questions of worker risk.
Today, the workforce is increasingly diverse in age, gender, race, and ethnicity. Employers on average are likely to be smaller and less likely to have in-house safety and health services than the average employer of the last generation. Traditional 9-to-5 working schedules and benefits are increasingly rare. Business is increasingly globalized. Workplace safety encompasses emergency preparedness and response. We must continue to find solutions that address those realities and which recognize the many ways in which maintaining a safe and healthy workforce benefits everyone in the modern economy. More and more, we see great opportunities in combining programs that address work-related hazards and workplace-based health promotion. NIOSH’s Total Worker Health program with diverse partners is designed to realize those opportunities.
On Workers Memorial Day 2013, we pause to pay respect to those who suffered occupational injury, illness, and death, and we work toward a day when such tragedies are a thing of the past.

1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998

After my Father, Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor, purchased Lombard real estate property at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road on September 2,1993, I travelled with my husband Nathan Scott Wittler to New England, Boston, Massachusettts, New Hampshire, Brattleboro, Vermont and visited my father-in-law Reverend Melvin A. Wittler and mother-in-law Mrs. Nancy Wittler Patriquin at their farm in West Dummerston, Southern Vermont. During 1994, I was working with the Arroyave Academy of Languages in Highland Park and Arlington Heights, Inlingua School of Languages, Public Access Information a.k.a. PIA, Inc., Interactive Media World Wide managed by Lee Seitelman, Larry Goldstick, Patrick Dimperio, Glen Koltz, Alison, Larry, Mike, and others working with me and Spanish Translator Patty Jacobs from Glendale Heights who invited to join the Chicago Area Translators and Interpreters Association and the American Translators Association. I visited Colorado Springs in Colorado for the ATA Annual Conference. The following year I travelled to Nashville, Tennessee where I was lodging at the Renaissance Hotel Downtown near the Grand Old Opry in Nashville. In 1995, I travelled to Montréal, Québec and also visited the Orillia Conference Center in Toronto, Canada. Afterwards, I travelled to Strasbourg, France for the Federal International Translators Association in Europe. The following year in November 1996, I visited London, England, Berlin and Frankfurt in Germany in Europe. During December 1996, when I returned from Berlin, Germany, my Green Geo Tracker 4-Wheel Drive motor vehicle had been used by a friend of my husband Nathan Scott Wittler, unbeknown to me, who had broken the foot brakes and the front axle of my Green Geo Tracker. So, when I went to work on the Green Geo Tracker in the evening on my way to Highland Park and Arlington Heights on I-95, the Geo Tracker went off the highway ramp since the brakes had been stripped and could not stop during the raining storm. Then the Geo Tracker rolled over, down the side of the ramp, flown by the windstorms due to the collapsible convertible canvas top, while the wind was propelling the vehicle downwards towards the side of the ramp and into a ditch at the bottom of the roadside. The Geo Tracker continued to roll over without any brakes to stop it trajectory. The front windshield shattered and cracked when the Geo Tracker hit the ditch at the bottom of the roadside along Kingery Highway, Route 83, by the entrance ramp to I-95. During the same month, on a Winter Solstice night, December 21, 1996, my Father, Mr. Roberto Hung was hit on the head and suffered a traumatic brain injury and developed an aneurysm which caused permanent disability, unemployment, and prevented him from walking ever after as a Lombard resident homeowner at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in District 5, York Township, DuPage County, Illinois 60148-3028 USA. The Lombard Paramedics and Dr. Thomas found Roberto Hung unconscious and drove him to Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, DuPage County, Illinois. Two (2) years after during April 22, 1998, Carol the Certified Nurse’s Assistant from Tampa, Florida who replaced Jennifer early in the morning, arrived to provide personal hygiene for Roberto Hung. Since Carol who drove from Bolingbrook was in a hurry to bathe Roberto Hung who was disabled and bedridden at home, she flipped him over the bed in a rush and flopped him on his side. After Carol finished bathing Roberto Hung, he looked pale and weak, tired from the rough handling in bed by Carol the CNA. Roberto Hung was fatigued from the early morning personal hygiene and fell asleep on the Hill-Rom bed. When he woke up, he wanted to eat his breakfast which consisted of hot pancakes and peaches. While Roberto Hung was eating a hotcake, he swallowed a large piece of pancake and his face began to turn blue. The Lombard Paramedics were called for Emergency Code Blue. Later, they drove Roberto Hung to Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in Elmhurst, DuPage County, Illinois USA. In the month of June 1998, Mr. Roberto Hung was transferred to Vencor Northlake Hospital by Dr. Paul Grodzin, M.D. who later referred the Intensive Care patient to Dr. Raied Abdullah, M.D. Early on June 18, 1998, between 6:30 a.m. and 7 a.m., Respiratory Therapist Ben Aguilar was involved in throttling Roberto Hung while he was asleep, when Respiratory Therapist Ben Aguilar forced the aspirator tube down the tracheostomy and the throat of Roberto Hung who was still sleeping. Respiratory Therapist Ben Aguilar caused Roberto Hung’s death on June 18, 1998 following Respiratory Therapy performed forcefully down the tracheostomy tube while Roberto Hung was still asleep around 6:30 a.m. Respiratory Ben Aguilar left Roberto Hung bleeding, slumped in bed at the Intensive Care Unit, Vencor Northlake Hospital in Northlake, Cook County, Illinois USA.

On Wednesday, November 5, 2008, www.villageoflombard.org, the Village of Lombard Police under Ray Byrne and Dan Cuny, including the former chief of the Fire Department headed by George Seagraves and Keith Steiskal, Lombard Department of Buildings caused criminal disaster demolition following roofing destruction and water damages and losses to the Hung Family’s Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow, www.preservehistoricestate.zoomshare.com, at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in the Village of Lombard, Du Page County, Illinois 60148-3028, in the , www.2008damagesandlossescausedbylombard.blogspot.com, United States of America. As a result of the Village of Lombard’s wrongful actions and criminal activities in Du Page County, Illinois, I, Gardenia Hung Wittler have become homeless and destitute. I am a Lombard victim of abuse and heinous hate crimes in Du Page County, Illinois USA. The Village of Lombard is denying me human rights in housing under the law by refusing to provide lawful lodging and compensation as a victim of heinous hate crimes and abuse to include the criminal disaster demolition of the Hung Family home in Du Page County, Illinois USA.
On November 14, 2008, after meeting at the Grace Lutheran Community Church, at the corner of Princeton Street and St. Charles Road in Villa Park, Henry William Hochstatter former resident in Addison, offered to provide transportation in his TOYOTA SUV SR5 in exchange for Shell Oil gasoline in the amount of $25.00US and to cover car gasoline expenses thereafter to and from homeless shelters at local churches sponsored under PADS Action in Housing based in Wheaton, Illinois. After November 5, 2008, I had to stay at the Motel 66 on Roosevelt Road, in Villa Park, Illinois, for one night only, since the Lombard Fire Department would not pay for my lodging after the criminal disaster demolition of my Lombard home at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in Du Page County, Illinois.

The Village of Lombard made me homeless by their criminal activities and wrongful actions around the Hung Family real estate property. So I was advised by the Illinois Department of Human Services in Villa Park to go to Wheaton and register for Du Page PADS, Inc. located at 705 West Liberty, Wheaton, Illinois 60187, Telephone: (630) 682-3846, www.dupagepads.org , Shelter for the Homeless with local churches such as Peace Lutheran Church in Lombard, Grace Lutheran Church of Villa Park, Community Presbyterian Church of Glen Ellyn, Elmhurst, Downers Grove, Naperville, Carol Stream, Itasca, and other locations in Du Page County, Illinois--Photo of a Church Homeless Shelter in DuPage County, Illinois USA.

The Village of Lombard and David Hulseberg, Village Manager, have been refusing to provide lawful lodging and housing under the law following the criminal disaster demolition of my Lombard historic home owned by Mr. Roberto Hung and family in Du Page County, Illinois, in the United States of America.
On November 14, 2009, Henry William Hochstatter decided to rent an apartment owned by Alex King Construction, Inc. at 140 West St. Charles Road, Apartment 4B, Villa Park, Illinois 60181, USA, by referral from his cousin Charles “Chuck” Pickerill and his wife Karen Pickerill who had lived at the same building complex while leasing from Alex King, a friend of his father, former Fire Chief Charles Pickerill from the Villa Park Fire Department, Station No. 3 on Ardmore Street, near Willowbrook High School and the Islamic Foundation Center on Highridge Road in Villa Park, Illinois USA. For the last year, during December 2008 and the remainder of 2009, Henry W. Hochstatter had been sharing lodging with Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) at the InTown Residential Suites, at the corner of Roosevelt Road and Villa Avenue in Villa Park, Illinois USA, near the Community Christian Church of Villa Park.
During December 2008 and January 2009, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) first paid cash and credit with the VISA Chase card for the first floor lodging, Room 125, since Henry W. Hochstatter did not have any money to his name or in his pocket because his wife Joan Julia (Mueller) Hochstatter had demanded a divorce and cancelled the joint checking and savings account, while suspending his disability funds for lack of a residential address in Addison, Illinois; then, due to a traumatic brain injury disability, Henry W. Hochstatter was given Room 139 for disabled people at the InTown Residential Suites, where I, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) paid and shared lodging expenses to be paid by the week in cash or credit.

Since Chuck Pickerill did not provide enough cash or credit for Henry William Hochstatter to rent the apartment leased by Alex King Construction Inc., the Church of Christ on Villa Avenue in Addison, provided the cash deposit by check for Henry W. Hochstatter to rent the apartment on November 14, 2009. I, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) helped Henry W. Hochstatter complete the leasing form in writing in front of Alex King and Andy, his secretary at the office for Alex King Realty, Inc. at 140 West St. Charles Road, Villa Park, Illinois 60181, USA. Also, I helped to pay for the AT&T Telephone deposit for installation at the apartment since Henry W. Hochstatter did not have any money at the time. I have been helping Henry W. Hochstatter by paying expenses he had for cable installation, groceries, car gasoline, mobile telephone, VISA CHASE credit card charges, medications, personal toiletries, etc.
In addition, I, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) helped Henry W. Hochstatter move his personal and household belongings, hard metal tools, etc. from his Addison home at 437 Natalie Drive into two (2) units at the U-Store-It in Addison and from the InTown Residential Suites, Room 139, on the second floor to the second floor, up the stairs to Apartment 4B at 140 West St. Charles, Villa Park, Illinois 60181 USA.

During the same time, I was helping and driving trucks, cars, SUVs, at the UHAUL in Villa Park and in Addison, while his Uncle “Charlie” Pickerill was working there transporting UHAUL Truck, Trailers, and Wagons from Chicago, Forest Park, Oak Park, Iowa City, Arlington Heights, Downers Grove, Bloomingdale, DeKalb, and other locations because Chuck Pickerill was missing Andrew, Jacquie, and Casey Rae from his own family members, since neither Karen Pickerill, his wife, nor Kathy Nolet, were not driving any trucks anywhere—neither were Gary Nolet or Mike Nolet driving trucks for UHAUL.

I had to pay for the UHAUL Trucks gasoline during the transportation from Iowa City to Villa Park, Illinois.

After Uncle Charlie Pickerill had a heart attack on Sunday while working at UHAUL in Addison, Illinois, following his hunting mule deer in Montana, cousin Chuck Pickerill started screaming at people at the UHAUL in Villa Park, Illinois, USA.
Since UHAUL in Villa Park was short staffed, I had already driven an UHAUL Truck back from Arlington Heights along Palatine Road and Route 53, after 7:00 PM in the evening with Henry W. Hochstatter, who drove back another UHAUL truck himself.

A Consumer Service Fraud Practice for Billing in Lombard - GHWittler - Open Salon

The Village of Lombard Water Service Department managed by Sharon Meyers has a water bill for $118.00US which was being used by Keith Steiskal at the Building Permits Departments to deny a building permit purchase requested by the Zees Group Disaster Restoration Services, in care of Mr. Zee Kawa, contractor, www.zeesgroup.com . Even when there was No Water, No Sewage, and No Water Service since 2004, 2005, when the Lombard plumbing pipes burst under ungauged and excessive water pressure released by the Village of Lombard Public Works, there was No Water or Sewage Service at 502 S. Westmore Avenue —the Village of Lombard had already installed new PSI valves to monitor water pressure for Lombard water mains which overflow to cause plumbing failure, water flooding and damages, www.villageoflombard.org.
The Village of Lombard adds surcharges, overcharges, and triple the water service charges and sewage utilities billing for resident homeowners in DuPage County, Illinois, USA. Lombard even overbills resident homeowners for water utility services as part of the consumer service fraud practice at the Village of Lombard Town Hall in DuPage County, Illinois USA. Waterbill padding for surcharges, overbilling, and surplus service charges are a common business deceptive practice used by the Village of Lombard to collect additional funding from resident homeowners in DuPage County, Illinois USA. A Lombard water bill can duplicate or triplicate consumer usage per household based on surcharges and overbilling service charges attached for deceptive business practices in the Town Hall, subject to consumer service fraud, www.ftc.gov, in DuPage County, Illinois USA.
