1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998
After my Father, Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor, purchased Lombard real estate property at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road on September 2,1993, I travelled with my husband Nathan Scott Wittler to New England, Boston, Massachusettts, New Hampshire, Brattleboro, Vermont and visited my father-in-law Reverend Melvin A. Wittler and mother-in-law Mrs. Nancy Wittler Patriquin at their farm in West Dummerston, Southern Vermont.
During 1994, I was working with the Arroyave Academy of Languages in Highland Park and Arlington Heights, Inlingua School of Languages, Public Access Information a.k.a. PIA, Inc., Interactive Media World Wide managed by Lee Seitelman, Larry Goldstick, Patrick Dimperio, Glen Koltz, Alison, Larry, Mike, and others working with me and Spanish Translator Patty Jacobs from Glendale Heights who invited to join the Chicago Area Translators and Interpreters Association and the American Translators Association. I visited Colorado Springs in Colorado for the ATA Annual Conference. The following year I travelled to Nashville, Tennessee where I was lodging at the Renaissance Hotel Downtown near the Grand Old Opry in Nashville.
In 1995, I travelled to Montréal, Québec and also visited the Orillia Conference Center in Toronto, Canada. Afterwards, I travelled to Strasbourg, France for the Federal International Translators Association in Europe.
The following year in November 1996, I visited London, England, Berlin and Frankfurt in Germany in Europe. During December 1996, when I returned from Berlin, Germany, my Green Geo Tracker 4-Wheel Drive motor vehicle had been used by a friend of my husband Nathan Scott Wittler, unbeknown to me, who had broken the foot brakes and the front axle of my Green Geo Tracker. So, when I went to work on the Green Geo Tracker in the evening on my way to Highland Park and Arlington Heights on I-95, the Geo Tracker went off the highway ramp since the brakes had been stripped and could not stop during the raining storm. Then the Geo Tracker rolled over, down the side of the ramp, flown by the windstorms due to the collapsible convertible canvas top, while the wind was propelling the vehicle downwards towards the side of the ramp and into a ditch at the bottom of the roadside. The Geo Tracker continued to roll over without any brakes to stop it trajectory. The front windshield shattered and cracked when the Geo Tracker hit the ditch at the bottom of the roadside along Kingery Highway, Route 83, by the entrance ramp to I-95.
During the same month, on a Winter Solstice night, December 21, 1996, my Father, Mr. Roberto Hung was hit on the head and suffered a traumatic brain injury and developed an aneurysm which caused permanent disability, unemployment, and prevented him from walking ever after as a Lombard resident homeowner at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in District 5, York Township, DuPage County, Illinois 60148-3028 USA. The Lombard Paramedics and Dr. Thomas found Roberto Hung unconscious and drove him to Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, DuPage County, Illinois. Two (2) years after during April 22, 1998, Carol the Certified Nurse’s Assistant from Tampa, Florida who replaced Jennifer early in the morning, arrived to provide personal hygiene for Roberto Hung. Since Carol who drove from Bolingbrook was in a hurry to bathe Roberto Hung who was disabled and bedridden at home, she flipped him over the bed in a rush and flopped him on his side. After Carol finished bathing Roberto Hung, he looked pale and weak, tired from the rough handling in bed by Carol the CNA. Roberto Hung was fatigued from the early morning personal hygiene and fell asleep on the Hill-Rom bed. When he woke up, he wanted to eat his breakfast which consisted of hot pancakes and peaches. While Roberto Hung was eating a hotcake, he swallowed a large piece of pancake and his face began to turn blue. The Lombard Paramedics were called for Emergency Code Blue. Later, they drove Roberto Hung to Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in Elmhurst, DuPage County, Illinois USA.
In the month of June 1998, Mr. Roberto Hung was transferred to Vencor Northlake Hospital by Dr. Paul Grodzin, M.D. who later referred the Intensive Care patient to Dr. Raied Abdullah, M.D. Early on June 18, 1998, between 6:30 a.m. and 7 a.m., Respiratory Therapist Ben Aguilar was involved in throttling Roberto Hung while he was asleep, when Respiratory Therapist Ben Aguilar forced the aspirator tube down the tracheostomy and the throat of Roberto Hung who was still sleeping. Respiratory Therapist Ben Aguilar caused Roberto Hung’s death on June 18, 1998 following Respiratory Therapy performed forcefully down the tracheostomy tube while Roberto Hung was still asleep around 6:30 a.m. Respiratory Ben Aguilar left Roberto Hung bleeding, slumped in bed at the Intensive Care Unit, Vencor Northlake Hospital in Northlake, Cook County, Illinois USA.
